Synopsis and Plot Summary
In Yunyin Town, a string of murders sends shockwaves through the community, prompting a grand ceremony to honor the River God for peace. Physician Tao Ran leads the investigation, aided by his apprentice. They befriend a fox named Hua Zhi, a witness to one of the crimes, and the enigmatic sorcerer, Mr. Xiao. Together, they uncover the truth, linking the murders to an embroidery workshop and the River God ceremony itself. As secrets unravel, they realize the ceremony holds the key to solving the mystery.
