Synopsis and Plot Summary
Detectives Su Jianming and Li Huilin join forces to investigate a criminal case entangled with powerful interest groups.
In order to investigate a case, Su Jianming (Lei Jiayin) ignores his influential father, Zheng Gang's (Zhang Guoli) objections and attends the "Hongmen Banquet" hosted by wealthy businessman Li Zhitian (Yu Hewei). As the investigation unfolds, a series of clues hint at an undercurrent of intrigue, suggesting a larger chess game at play.
