Synopsis and Plot Summary
A former diplomat and a rookie receive orders to assist in the evacuation of Chinese nationals trapped overseas. The mission is successful yet they learn that there's still a group heading to the evacuation point.
When war broke out in the Republic of Numia, Zong Dawei (Zhang Yi), a former diplomat, and Cheng Lang (Wang Junkai), a newcomer to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, are in charge of the evacuation of Chinese nationals. When they learn that a group of people under the leadership of Bai Hua (Yin Tao) still need their help, the two give up the opportunity to go home to enter the war zone. Crossing the flames of war and the desert and facing the muzzle of the rebel army, how did the bare-handed diplomat help 125 people find their way home?
