Synopsis and Plot Summary

It follows the blackbellied 'ghost doctor' Yu Qingluo and the overbearing prince Ye Xiudu. Yu Qingluo travels with her son Nan Nan as she sets on a journey for revenge and to find her son's birth father.

Yu Qingluo (Wang Ziwei) who is a medical genius gave birth to her son Nan Nan (Zhang Zihan) alone. Seven years later, she has perfected her skills to become known as the 'ghost doctor'.

In the process of searching for Nan Nan's birth father, she gets acquainted with Ye Xiudu (Liu Xueyi), a prince of Fengcang Kingdom. Because Ye Xiudu looks exactly like her enemy, Yu Qingluo develops an immediate dislike for him. After repeatedly testing him, Yu Qingluo's heart begins to melt due to Ye Xiudu's unconditional love. At the same time, she becomes involved in a dispute due to her identity as the 'ghost doctor'.
