Fun Facts

  • Filming took place in Bali and Shanghai.
  • It is Yang Mi's first time as producer. Even though she was producer, she was wiling to reduce many of Hawick Lau's scenes, her boyfriend at the time, so that only a few shots of his cameo remained.
  • The alcohol on set was real. During a scene between Xiao Yuyu and Shawn Yue, she picked up a glass and added an ad lib to say cheers. To her surprise, Shawn Yue downed his glass. Afterwards, she found out that he had low tolerance because he was drunk and asleep in the car.
  • Vin Zhang admits that he is similar to his character Han Dingyi who has a gentle and considerate personality. However, he has a different attitude towards love as he would actively pursue the person that he likes.
  • Li Xirui and Kim Bum are a couple in the drama. In real life, they were also good partners. Li Xirui reveals that she was touched by Kim Bum's professionalism and consideration. They had to film scenes completely in Chinese on the first day. Kim Bum would practice whenever the camera was not on him.
  • Yang Mi was very punctual while filming and was never late for hair and makeup and other commitments.
  • For an online series, it had quite a high budget.
  • Although it starred newcomers, the cast has gone on to make a name for themselves.
