Synopsis and Plot Summary
A secret agent from the Bureau of Time Travel travels through the ends of time to capture members of a terrorist organization, thus igniting a series of laughable mishaps.
As the keepers of peace, the Bureay of Time Travel has always served as a beacon of justice that is hidden in the shadows. Secret agents have tackled every time travel anomaly under the joint leadership of Zheng Ju Zhang (Wang Shuangbao) and Fu Ju Zhang (Sun Ruofei) while their mortal enemy, the Jiu Tou Shu continuously wreak havoc in the world.
A Jiu Tou Shu member named Tian Shu is in the Ming Dynasty and coercing the famed Chinese scholar Tang Bohu to draw vulgar paintings. His actions in the past have changed the present day for the worse as it becomes a generation tainted with immorality. To restore order and bring the timeline back to what it was, 007 (Lin Mingle) is ordered to arrest Tian Shu, but he dies in the Ming Dynasty. Zheng Ju Zhang recommends an unexpected candidate - Shangguan Nao (Du Weihan). He is a down and out salesman who suddenly gets offered the chance to save the world. Even before he can receive formal training, he is dispatched to his first mission. However, Shangguan Nao gets sent to the wrong time period and appears in the Warring States Era instead. He mistakes Jing Ke for Jiu Tou Shu and causes him to lose his mind. Shangguan Nao meets Xi Zi (Sun Yu), his time travel liaison and they plot out a plan to engender Jing Ke's assassination of Qin Emperor in order to let history take its course.
