Synopsis and Plot Summary
A doctor from the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University who suffered setbacks in work and marriage joins a medical team that has flown to Africa.
After multiple setbacks in his life, Ma Jia (Jin Dong) happened to join the 25th batch of foreign aid medical teams in Yuanjiang Province that headed to Sanna, Africa. Faced with completely different environments and huge cultural differences between China and Africa, he gradually understands what it means to be a Chinese medical worker providing foreign aid.
