Synopsis and Plot Summary
Due to a curse that has doomed his lover Su Xiaohuan to an eternal cycle of dying tragically, fox demon Bo Qiu endures a thousand years of solitude and nine lifetimes of suffering. However, in this lifetime, Su Xiaohuan's whole family died tragically in his hands.
Having experienced the harsh cruelties of life since she was a child, Su Xiaohuan (Li Jiaqi) has learned to live shamelessly in order to survive. Later on, Xuanyuan Qingchuan, the deposed prince of the former dynasty, sends her into the palace to bide her time for a chance to take revenge on fox demon Bo Qiu (Zuo Ye). Due to fate, she falls in love with him without even realizing it. In this lifetime, Bo Qiu is deterimned to rid Su Xiaohuan of her curse no matter the cost.
