Synopsis and Plot Summary
The Luo family was framed for possessing a mysterious phoenix, and their family was destroyed, leaving behind an orphaned daughter, Luo Xiyun, who was born with a fatal poison. Eight years later, Luo Xiyun has becomes the most famous surveyor in Cang Yue City, selling maps and drawing for a living.
Luo Xiyun (Guan Xin) only has three months left to live. Before she dies, she is determined to assassinate the young city master Jiang Chaoxi (Jin Ze) in order to avenge her brother's death. At this time, Jianjia Lane, a place that is dear to her heart, is about to be demolished in accordance with the plans for the city.
To ensure that the folks have a place to live, Luo Xiyun works on making a version of a city plan that would bypass Jianjia Lane. She approaches Jiang Chaoxi anonymously by pretending to be one of his guests, only to accidentally learn that her brother who was in a coma is in his house. She also discovers the shocking secret of Jiang Chaoxi's life. With time, the two grow fond of each other, and just when they have fallen in love, Luo Xiyun is again in danger due to her identity being exposed...
