Synopsis and Plot Summary
It tells the story of Gu Yunzheng who's practically a god in the field of neurosurgery. During a medical mission in Africa, he meets Su Wei'an, a medical student carrying the rare Huntington's disease gene.
Su Wei'an (Zhang Ruonan) met neurosurgery expert Gu Yunzheng (Luo Yunxi) when he came from China to Africa to provide medical aid. The two go from a bantering relationship between teacher and student to close partners in life and scientific research. With Gu Yunzheng's encouragement and support, Su Wei'an musters up the courage to face up to her very precious and limited time left due to illness. She joins hands with Gu Yunzheng in devoting their efforts towards fighting Huntington's disease. Despite the setbacks, they never lose sight of their original intentions.
