Synopsis and Plot Summary

In the business world which is a place filled with desire and ambition are three close friends who walk their own path after graduating from university.

Zhang Hao Tian (Zhang Rui) comes from an ordinary family, Song Zi Yang (Huo Zhengyan) is the successor of the Tian Cheng Conglomerate while Lu Feng (Zou Tingwei) is an orphan. The three have been best buddies since university days, but they go on their own way after graduating. On one fateful day, Zhang Hao Tian saves Zi Yang's father Song Tian Cheng's (Howie Huang) and he is invited to join their firm. His work ethic and moral values impress Song Tian Cheng as well as his new colleague Chen Qiu Yan (Zhang Meng) who develops feelings for Hao Tian. For the sake of the company, Song Tian Cheng arranges for his son Zi Yang to marry the daughter of Chu Zhen Hua (Ai Wei) without realizing that his son is in love with Qiu Yan. Frustrated at the situation, Zi Yang runs away thereby making an enemy out of the infuriated Chu Zhen Hua.
