Crime Hunt

The story follows two generations of narcotics officers. Over thirty years ago, a case involving illegal bioagents rocked Songjiang, leaving officer Ji Chunsheng missing and undercover cop Chu Jianghe presumed dead, with the key CH compound vanished without a trace.

Decades later, Chu Jianghe’s son, Chu Bai, joins veteran officer Gao Ping in reopening the unsolved case. As strange new crimes unfold—a chemical plant explosion, kidnapped children, mutual killings, a burned corpse—the buried truth begins to surface. But just as they near the answer, a hidden hand in the shadows makes the case even murkier. When officer Mi Le’er goes missing, the team realizes the true culprit is someone they never suspected.
