Synopsis and Plot Summary
An unknown number comes calling from the past while a series of cold cases wait to be resolved.
Through the years, He Jun (Li Xiaoran) has matured from a rookie to a seasoned detective. Under her leadership is newbie cop Gu Mingzhe (Wang Tianzhen) and a 4-member investigative team. In her 20-year career, He Jun worked tirelessly to find the whereabouts of her senior, detective Cao Zheng (Du Chun), who has long been missing. An unexpected connection brings together Gu Mingzhe from the year 2018 and Cao Zheng from the year 1998. Due to an old phone, they collect clues from each other's timelines in search of the truth.
